The staff was friendly, they understood my concern with priceand their estimate was lower than others, and the final price was lower than the estimate.They fit me in to the schedule much sooner than I expected, the shuttle two and from the shop was extremely helpful, I’m happy with the repair, and they washed my car! I dealt with three or four staff people, and every one of them was a pleasant interaction.
