Unfortunately, my contact number was not updated across all documents and caused a delay of possibly 1/2 day or more before I was notified that my car was ready for pickup. I corrected, but my corrections were not persisted across all documents. Unfortunate error. I was busy anyway, although having transportation could have helped some. Thank, repairs look good.

The repairs were initially estimated to only take a few hours. After the car was dropped off, I received no word at the end of the day and missed the chance to take care of personal matters. The next day the porter to return was almost an hour later than estimated which left me tight for time to return a U-Haul that was going to charge me overtime.
