I understand that the company is in the process of combining with another company, but there was misleading information given out regarding the return of my vehicle (was originally told they could drop it off while I was out of town, day of drop off was told that actually they would not do that and I would need to assign someone to pick up for me) and I had to fill out forms multiple times when information was lost. Everyone was pleasant but it was definitely not satisfactory.
