I rate them a 10 customer service is a 10 you don’t often find customer service anymore than the customer service starts with the Manager Teresa then the girls out front Joanie she greet you outside if she sees you outside or when you come in the same with the other lady that you sign your vehicle over to to do the work and the guy that comes out to do the estimate when you pick up your car they greet you again they take your rental car back for you to enterprise rental cars. They go over your car with you have you check it out if you see anything it’s fixed on the spot for me. Everything was ready to go on car washed. They always have done a great job on RV vehicles that’s why I continue to go back when it was Cook’s collision I was going there and when they changed hands to caliber collision, I stayed with him. I don’t forget the great work that they do and they get a nice thank you gift from me.
