I think caliber did a great job. However, I know nothing about car body repairs and did not expect it to take nearly as long as it did. I thought it would take like a day. When they asked whether I needed a rental, I said no because I didn’t think it would take longer than a same day job. Basically it ended up being two weeks. Perhaps when the appointment is being set up, the person at the desk can say this repair will “ likely take a few days, do you need a rental.” That would help set expectations for those of us that haven’t had to have body work before. Otherwise, everyone in caliber was very professional and friendly. I will definitely go there again if I need work done.

There is another Caliber Collision in Davis and at first I was worried it was the same, and I didn’t have as positive experience as I did with this particular shop.
