I have never been dissatisfied from start to finish the desk clerks are extremely friendly and ready to handle extra things for the customer such as taking in the rental car and making sure that it’s returned and letting me go on with my own car that I picked up and things go very smoothly Not all a friendly bunch and very hard-working people at caliber collision in Davis California on Chiles Road they keep you up-to-date as they work on your car sending you a text letting you know where they’re at. They may just tell you things are going well and things are going accordingly and on time in my car they told me would be done on a certain date and it was done and ready to go washed and ready to go thank you caliber collision for giving the excellent service. The only thing that I could ever say is, I would make sure someone checks the outside of the vehicle that there are no fingerprints or grease left on the inside that the seats are clean no dust no dirt so that the customer feels that the inside out of the car looks great and ready to go. From the time I told them I need my car back before the 28th of November as we would be traveling so they told me we can do it. We will get it done so I got it back on 21 November they always wash the car and make things look good. I have never had any problems with caliber collision.

Customer service is excellent. There are three gals there that I see working the front office all the time the men you walk in you are greeted hello Mrs.Lara how are you? They all have a big smile on their face and wanna know what can I do for you today?
