There was not even gap but the person insisted they just took the parts out and put it back as it is.

We dropped off the car on the weekend because one of us had to travel for work so wanted to reduce the hassle on Monday. We called the shop and they said okay to drop off on the weekend and there will be a paper and envelop to put the key. Nothing was in the box but we had to drop off the car and dropped the car key inside the door. On Monday no one contacted us while the car was parked right front of the store. On Tuesday we called and they said will call back after checking but no one called until Thursday. Our car supposed to be fixed after 5days and wasted 4days without done nothing and it impacted our day to day coordination for kids. When pick up the car, the person who was in charge said it is not my fault but I apologize for the inconvenience that might have caused for this delay. It is not so responsible and I do not know what they are doing when a car just standing in their parking lot without verified. We would not use next time

Aaron did a great job handling my repair. He made absolutely certain that everything was completed to my satisfaction. Ashley is a beautiful front desk representative: she handled my rental car and got me a better rental rate than I was able to get myself; she stays calm even when things are crazy busy.
