Excellent repair work. Extremely efficient and friendly service, very efficient coordination with State Farm for the claim. Thank you for washing the car inside and out before delivery! I like the user-friendly texts and updates very much. Ashley is exceptionally friendly and helpful; I appreciated her very much. The only issue I had is that the fellow who drove my car around to bring it to me when it was finished encountered a car in front of him when he tried to turn right after the Caliber back exit, so he drove onto the street, but he didn't turn into the entrance to bring the car to me. Instead, he drove around back and I have no idea what he did then, because I stood out front for another 15-20 minutes waiting for my car. Alex said the fellow felt he had a "traffic jam" and then they washed the car. This doesn't make any sense. I could have washed it myself in less time. But other than that, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Caliber and return as a customer. Thank you!

Everyone was wonderful and efficient, but there was an issue with the fellow returning the car to me while I was waiting in the front. I had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes because of his incompetency.
