I just picked up my Nissan Rogue and I'm a 100% satisfied customer. I will highly recommend you all for all your repair needs. You have been courteous from the moment I initiated the call. You acknowledged me while I waited in the lobby and always provided me with updates. Not only that, but the repair time was very reasonable (1 week 1 day) for the amount of repairs that were needed. You provided me with a lifetime warranty for the work as long as I own the vehicle and gave me an itemized receipt along with a walk through on my vehicle. The Caliber team was fantastic from when I brought my car in through to when they dropped it off. I quickly got An estimate and appointment. Anthony the manager called and told me that even though they had a challenge with one of the pieces they found a suitable replacement for the same price. They finished the work early and Anthony and the office’s administrative manager dropped off the car on a Friday early in the evening to complete the job! The smoothest experience I’ve ever had at a garage.
