I was concerned when I discovered that Cooks collision had become Caliber. I trusted Cooks implicitly with multiple repairs and always had a wonderful experience. I called you and you assured me that Caliber had the same professional team and that I would receive the same excellent service. And it is true! Our repair was seamless from beginning to end. Aaron was professional and reassured me that the repair would run smoothly despite the frustrations I had with my insurance company. He even offered to buff out a small ding that was not involved in the accident. he kept me updated on the status of the repair, and had it done on the day he said he would have it done. And the car looks beautiful! Thank you so much Aaron, and thank you Caliber!
