I have been raving to everyone about my unbelievably excellent experience with Caliber! From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated to the best customer service imaginable. The people who helped me were friendly, knowledgeable and professional but with a personal touch. I was kept in the loop about the status of the repair of my car and never once did I have to call to inquire about what to expect. My car was returned to its pre-collision condition and I was back on the road in no time.
