Completely satisfied with the man that first inspected my vehicle with me and was clear about next steps! Completely satisfied with man who explained the repairs done to my vehicle. Not at all satisfied with customer service from the woman at the front desk. When I made my first call to inquire as to the time frame of the work and when I picked my vehicle up and asked to speak to someone about the repairs she was short, abrasive, pushback, snotty. EXTREMELY surprised you have this type of personality in a customer service role!!!

Communication was not great. Was told I would be getting text updates but never got them. Called them and they told me it must be a problem on my end. I didn’t do anything gf o stop texts. I asked if they could call me with updates and they said yes. Did not receive a phone call until the vehicle was finished. The mechanic that called seemed surprised that I wasn’t getting text updates and again said it must have been an issue on my end.
