bumper is off by about 1-2mm but it's barely noticeable and may be how it looked before the accident. otherwise they did an excellent job and I can't even tell it ever got hit.

I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Marcus took great care of me throughout the entire process of repairing the back bumper on my GMC Terrain. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Marcus kept me updated every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made sure I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. That level of communication made the entire experience stress-free. What stood out the most was how comfortable and relaxed I felt during the process. Marcus was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a positive experience. The repair turned out great, and my GMC Terrain looks as good as new. I highly recommend Caliber Collision, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Marcus. Excellent customer service, outstanding communication, and quality work—you can’t ask for much more.
