Tyler was great! He kept me updated on my car throughout the process, calling me about its progress several times. He also cleaned the car, very well I might add, and I didn’t even know that was part of it! I was very happy to have my car back looking so good, and very happy with his service. The woman at the front desk was also great, although I can’t remember if I caught her name! Overall a great experience after a not-so-great life experience (wreck) brought me there.

Tyler kept me updated over the phone throughout the process, and cleaned my car very thoroughly which I didn’t even know he would do. Great experience overall, would recommend them to others! Although hopefully I won’t need to, I would definitely go back to them.

I’ve got after market parts instead of original parts. Why should my vehicle have after market parts without my mistake. The insurance must be paying for the repairs and parts. This isn’t fair.

Marcus did such a great job at keeping me up to date on the entire process, everything went smooth with zero issues, and they even made sure to put the snake back on my bumper even though he didn’t have to! Will be coming back for any repair if this was to happen again.
