Very pleased with communications from Joey our collision specialist. He sent frequent updates on the process. Only frustration is the inability to directly call/contact our local Caliber Collision center. Tried to call collision to ask a question about payment/signing over the USAA check to Caliber and was on hold for a prolonged period of time. Finally was given an option to leave a message and be called back. No one ever called me back. Definitely felt like a private equity owned experience.. kudos to Joey on the local end however

The work that they did was fine, but anybody shop could have done as well. My complaint is that they left my car where I have to come home and work on it and having to replace the other headlight. So they left one completely fogged over and the other one new. Looks terrible
