Marcus was great. He kept me updated the entire time, including reaching out when the repair was completed ahead of schedule. He personally offered me a ride to the rental car agency when they were short on drivers. People like Marcus are why Caliber has the reputation it does. The repairs themselves are excellent - the damaged portion of my car essentially looks new. I’m not sure who actually worked on the car, but please pass my compliments and gratitude on to them as well.

Tyler was great! He kept me updated on my car throughout the process, calling me about its progress several times. He also cleaned the car, very well I might add, and I didn’t even know that was part of it! I was very happy to have my car back looking so good, and very happy with his service. The woman at the front desk was also great, although I can’t remember if I caught her name! Overall a great experience after a not-so-great life experience (wreck) brought me there.

Tyler kept me updated over the phone throughout the process, and cleaned my car very thoroughly which I didn’t even know he would do. Great experience overall, would recommend them to others! Although hopefully I won’t need to, I would definitely go back to them.
