Cicely was the greatest, she would walk me through everything and went above and beyond. The only down size is that it took over two months to complete. I would recommend you all with the side note that it might take longer but they get it right. Appreciate all the staff and a big thanks to cicely thank you.

The consistent communication throughout made me feel like my truck was in good hands and did not have to worry about anything. That was a huge plus for me. The quality of the repair is nothing short of exceptional! The attention to detail in the paint job to the seamless assembly of the affected parts makes it look brand new. Our first scheduled time got switched. Communication was terrible. We had to constantly call for updates. Understanding that things come up - we were told they vehicle would be ready Thursday/Friday at the latest and it wasn’t available until the following Monday around 3pm.
