My experience at Caliber was incredibly disappointing. I had called to confirm that my car would be ready the next day, and I was assured it would be. I did not receive a phone call at all the next day and called around 3 PM only to be told that it still needed to be calibrated, which wouldn’t happen until the next day. The woman who answered was very kind and helpful and offered to assist. I later received a phone call from the manager, saying that they had ordered the wrong part. As I had already returned my rental car, they agreed to pay for mine until the part arrived/the work was completed, which was greatly appreciated. However, when my car was ready, I was not able to pick it up by the end of the day due to previously scheduled appointments. I was able to do a payment over the phone and was told I could pick it up anytime. I did go to pick up my car the next day when I had a ride, only to discover via my car app that my trunk/door had been left a jar for a period of time. This completely drained my battery and my car would not start. My friend had just dropped me off. I had to call her back to attempt to jump my vehicle. Another friend of mine brought a mechanic to assist. This made me more than an hour late for work. I’m honestly disappointed I paid anything for the service as it was incredibly frustrating and almost a comedy of errors.

Nick kept the communication open with me. Very professional very kind and answered all my questions The person that hit me was a friend of mine. They took their car there also. She was unable to pick up her car so Caliber actually took her car to her home. She was over and above thrilled! my Audi doesn’t even look like it was hit Great job highly recommend
