Caliber was fantastic. They were very transparent. The repairs ended up being fixed sooner than expected. However- I was told a certain part on my vehicle was not covered as it was rusted, and the adjuster informed caliber the repair would not approve since it was natural wear and tear. This information was disappointing since the piece would not have broke if I had not been rear ended but that had nothing to do with Caliber.
