full passenger side was being repaired from scuffs, scratches and dents (+ torn window rubber etc) from the neighbor's trampoline that wind carried up and over fence and down on my parked Escape . two small spots were missed. "not on work order" tech said. Men wanted to keep vehicle and repair to satisfaction but wouldn't be done before we left (moving out of state) so my husband accepted vehicle as is. Driver side not perfect any longer either after all.
