This was the second time that I have had body work done on my car at R Jones/Caliber Collision. For 50 years I have taken my cars to only the most well known body shops in the Des Moines area. I wanted to find one closer to my home so I researched body shops online. R Jones, which is now Caliber Collision, had incredible reviews and I could walk there! Both times I have needed their service, I was helped by the same estimator (Gabe) and auto body repairman (John). Their customer service and communication throughout the job, as well as the end product were top-notch each time. My husband had the same experience there only a few months after I discovered them. Hopefully I won’t need their service again for a long time, but I want to highly recommend them for anyone who does.
