Very easy repair process. Front desk staff was easy to work with and pleasant. For the repair it was done really well. they cleaned the car vacuumed and all. instructions were clear. Very friendly customer service.

The upper pad is wavy- buckled. A piece behind the bumper is tucked in behind the bumper on the right side and overlapping the top of the bumper on the left side.
