I had excellent service from the moment I was called to make my appointment through the entire repair process. Charlene went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car. Communication was excellent! I don’t know the names of everyone that had something to do with the repair of my car, but I am truly grateful for each and every person involved. At the time I picked up my vehicle, Charlene stayed after hours so I could pick up my car that evening. And when I got in my vehicle, I was surprised that it had been cleaned inside And beautiful on the outside. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision! They definitely go above and beyond!
