Cheyenne was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process while Caliber fixed my Jeep. I initially declined the rental vehicle offer but changed my mind and she made it happen without a problem. I would refer anyone to Caliber and again commend her on her customer service skills.

The Dover office is in the middle of a changeover from one system to another. I think it hung up our work being scheduled. It was not an emergency so no big deal. Your employees were great answering questions with patience and accuracy. I dealt mostly with Charlene. As stated she was great. Also dealt with your front desk lady sorry I didn't get her name she also was professional and patient. Thanks
