The Dover office is in the middle of a changeover from one system to another. I think it hung up our work being scheduled. It was not an emergency so no big deal. Your employees were great answering questions with patience and accuracy. I dealt mostly with Charlene. As stated she was great. Also dealt with your front desk lady sorry I didn't get her name she also was professional and patient. Thanks

Excellent repairs to our 2 vehicles! It was a good experience from the very beginning of scheduling, estimates, dropping off our vehicles, to being updated daily, to Enterprise's expertise with the rental. I have to add that front line staff are rarely acknowledged for their efforts of customer service, courtesy, patience, and going the extra mile. This first point of contact can make or break a business. Cheyenne is a great asset to Caliber Collision and displays the professionalism that I admire and was accustomed to during my career.
