Side note: the front desk should greet everyone walking through the door. She didn't make eye contact for almost a minute. Then I saw a gentleman come in after me and ahe was on a personal call yet never acknowledged him. She could have looked up and said I'll be right with you or something. Instead she just tried to look busy.
