The staff was helpful and kind, while the damages to my car was addressed. They heard my concerns, kept me posted about the repair process via text and phone. Hopefully I won't need them again, buy I would DEFINITELY refer them to others!!!!!

Not only did caliber do an excellent job on the repairs, they were in constant communication with the insurance company, and with us both through text messages and personal phone calls. They finished work a day earlier then originally quoted. We genuinely appreciate their responsiveness to our questions. Of course we hope we are never in another accident, but we would happily recommend the North Dover caliber collision to friends and family.
