We were completely satisfied with Caliber. From scheduling the vehicle into the shop and updates. The texts were great with the costs and the eta pick up times. The calls received and calls made from the reception to the service writer were kind and responsive. We wanted to thank you for the person who picked up our door to make sure we got our car on time. Lastly, the car looked like the day we pulled it out of the lot. The car was shimmering inside and out. We can’t express how happy we are. We definitely will refer and relay the message to State Farm. Please express to all your teams the wonderful team work done!
