When the car was returned to me, it had a lot of paint swirls on it that were not on the when it was brought in. Still working with the location on a redo. Company has been very pleasant to deal with but I must reserve my final rating until after the car comes back for a second time

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the service Caliber Collision provided for the repair of our car. The staff is very warm, friendly and attentive to our needs. The team at Dublin Caliber collision has done great jobs on the last two vehicles I’ve brought in for repair. Originally I brought some fleet vehicles for repair to the Fremont location and hoped Dublin would match the service. Dublin did. The staff is efficient at receiving in the vehicle, expediting communication with the insurance company and also with completing the physical repairs. The end result appearance looks just like factory new. I’ve been very happy with my last four visits. Keep up the great work! John
