Very happy with the work that was done. Two issues could have been better. First the car was delayed by two weeks. I called to see if the car was going to be ready the day before the promised date, but not to find out they needed two more weeks. Second, who ever vacuumed all the stuff out of the car placed was was vacuumed out in the glove box. It included Chex mix, peanuts, and corn nuts from the previous owner of the car. It could have been a least put in a plastic bag so we didn’t have to scoop it out with our hands. Daniel was great to work with, he was explained things well and was always available when I needed to contact him.

I would rate it a ten, if it wasn’t for the way you waited until just hours before the car was promised to tell me it was going to be two more weeks. I called you, instead of you calling me too.

Agent Daniel was very knowledgeable and polite. Supervisor Kelvin was very responsive and listening. They are a good service team, solve the issue timely and reasonably. Hope their business run very smoothly in this neighborhood.

Completion date was changed twice and for the final pick up it took three hours longer than discussed on the phone on the previous day. 3 weeks seems too long for a dent repair where no new parts were required.

I have been without my truck for 6 of the last 7 weeks for what was supposed to be a 2 week repair. Communication was poor and my truck had to be brought back to have the door repair redone. Quality control was very concerning. I am a previous customer of Cooks Brothers Collision and was previously very satisfied with my experience and used to recommend you to others. I cannot do that in good conscience anymore.
