We returned to Caliber for repair service because of excellent service received a few years ago when the business was Cook’s Collision. We discussed whether we should go to Caliber due to the ownership change but, after meeting Daniel Mendez for the initial estimate evaluation we decided to use Caliber. We were not disappointed. Daniel Mendez provided superior service. We received timely updates and whenever there were questions or challenges on the part of the insurance company, Daniel was easily accessible and responsive. We felt confident that our vehicle would be appropriately repaired because Daniel Mendez, our point of contact, kept us informed all during the repair process and attended to every detail. The panel underneath my car that was repaired was hanging low, not properly secured. Not sure how that passed inspection. Glad I looked underneath the vehicle and didn't just drive off.

I was very impressed with your staff's customer service skills. Rebecca was very thorough in her inspection and pointed out a few issues with my car that I hadn't noticed. I got the feeling that I could really trust Caliber Collision to do a good job. This really put my mind at ease. I was sent updates of my vehicle's repair progression throughout the process and I really appreciated that. I received rides both to and from Caliber from your staff which was extremely helpful. I did notice an imperfection in the clear coat of the new bumper and chips on the lift gate of my car. I pointed them out and with no hassle I was assured the defects would be taken care of right away. Most customers wouldn't have noticed those defects and unless you really look they're impossible to see. I work in the paint plastics department for Tesla so it's part of my job to find these thing during inspection. I am very satisfied with your service and I will refer all my friends to this establishment and particularly this location.

First, I had an appointment set but had to call the insurance company myself to confirm that everything went through. Second, they did not have the part ready for my car when it was dropped off so they had to wait a week just to start on my car. The door did not fit which meant waiting another week for my car.
