I was so worried when I brought my car in that it would not be able t be completely restored, the doors were in horrible condition. But, when I got it back it looked even better than when I first got it. Lou was super helpful and keep me posted the whole process. Loved my experience!

It was a relief having Daniel Mendez as my service advisor. He was completely empathetic to my unique situation - I had to move to San Diego for a job promotion two weeks after my hit & run accident! Knowing I had to provide status updates to my employer, Daniel communicated with me every step of the way. He let me know of any hiccups with part deliveries (only 1 day delay in receiving parts), and let me know what stage of repair my car was in daily. Daniel and the entire Caliber team are heaven sent! I appreciate all that they have done for me. I know that the extensive work my car required should have definitely taken longer than 3 weeks, but they got it done fast and got it done right so I could be in San Diego for my new job! THANK YOU!!!
