I originally had a frustrating experience because my GR86 could not be calibrated after it went into the shop, and at the time I honestly felt disappointed. However, afterwards, Matt personally reached out to me and genuinely made the effort to make things right. I really appreciated that they didn’t ignore the issue or brush me off. Instead, they took accountability, stayed in communication with me, and worked hard to properly recalibrate and take care of my car. That level of customer service and willingness to fix the situation says a lot about a business. In the end, my car was fully taken care of, and I’m grateful for the effort, professionalism, and persistence from Matt and the team. My GR86 is perfect now, and I can confidently say they stood behind their work and cared about making sure I left satisfied. Thank you again to Matt for going the extra mile and turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience.

Falisa and the team did it again! From the moment I walked in the level of service was amazing. I know the my car and me will always be handled with care. The progress was always communicated with me and when I got my truck back it was as good as new. I hope to not have to come back, but if I ever do, it will be with Falisa!

Felisa was great from the beginning when I came by for the estimate to dropping off the car for the repairs, and when picking up my car after all repairs were completed. Throughout the process she explained the repairs and answered all my questions and concerns.
