The service I received was excellent. It was a pleasure working with Luis. He was very friendly, professional, and did his best to accommodate me on the days/times convenient for me. He communicated with me as promised and my vehicle was repaired quickly and within the timeline given. The hub cap on the tire was also scratch from the incident. I figured that would also get replaced, but I guess not. That’s okay though. Everything else looks good and thanks for washing and cleaning of my vehicle that was a nice touch.

Rick and Luis were outstanding, they provided great service and kept me informed. But everyone else at the Dublin Caliber location was really great too! I was calling them frequently to deal with the insurance company covering the costs, everyone that I talked to there was so friendly and helpful. I had such a hard time dealing with the insurance company for months prior to this repair, and I’m glad I went to Caliber Collision in Dublin because it ended the process in such a nice, positive experience. Excellent communication throughout.
