Carlos provided excellent customer service throughout my Repairs. He kept me up-to-date on the progress and ordered parts ahead of time to minimize the amount of time I had to use a rental car, that I had to pay for out-of-pocket. I will definitely recommend Caliber to others. My daughter actually has to have her car repaired in the near future and we will definitely choose Caliber Collision again.
