The service was really great. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 is that it took 2 weeks to get the car back. That seemed a little long. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The repair was top notch, and I was kept fully informed of the progress the entire time that my car was in the shop.

Overall the repair service was quick and the customer service was great. The quality was not 100%. There is a sound coming from the rear of my vehicle similar to a thumping sound. It goes away if I go over 65mph but anything under - the noise is clear.
