I guess the actual repair of what I brought the vehicle in for is satisfactory. Having another part damaged in the process and adding yet another delay makes the entire repair process unsatisfactory,

The entire process was a disaster from the start. It was clear that the ball was dropped beginning in November (from the very first appt) until the actual completion of the work (end of February) with multiple incidents.
