License plate frame did not get fixed and no attempt to flatten license plate. Lady at front desk was rude and non customer service oriented. Scratch on truck but was told it was already there

Shay was absolutely amazing, great updates, great communication. My only issue was that I had items in the back seat that were all shoved into the pockets on the back of the seats, this stretched the pockets out. I would have preferred the truck not been vacuumed over having the pockets permanently stretched out.
