My Service Advisor Angie was excellent with keeping my Husband and I informed of the status of repair of the vehicle every step of the way. Also a big shout out to Store Manager Adrienne Evans was also awesome going above and beyond to help us clear up an issue we were having with our auto insurance company that was holding up the release of our vehicle after repairs were complete. This team is what customer service is all about! We will definitely recommend this Caliber Collision location and were extremely pleased with the experience.

The door panels were replaced with exact alignment to the other panels and the paint blended in as if it was the original. I was very impressed with the entire job.

I was so satisfied with the handling of my repairs from intake to delivery by Shay. She went above on helping with a tight schedule getting the car into the shop, offering to stay a little after closing. She kept me informed every step in the repair process. On delivery, she made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the repairs.

Angie was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, she walked us around the truck, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated every step of the way throughout the entire process. Not only was Angie wonderful, but the entire staff at Caliber Collision created such a customer-friendly atmosphere. We truly felt like our truck was in top-notch hands, and when we picked it up, it showed. We had zero concerns because everything was handled professionally and with care. They not only repaired our truck exactly to our liking, but they also made the process incredibly convenient by allowing us to leave our rental car there. They checked us out and told us not to worry about a thing because they would handle everything from there. That is what I call Chick-fil-A-level customer service! God forbid we ever need collision repairs again, but if we do, Caliber Collision will absolutely be our go-to place. We will definitely be spreading the word about the excellent, top-notch service we received.

Shay was so much help. She kept me informed about the work being done. She worked with my Insurance to make sure everything was taken care of. After getting the go ahead from insurance company they started the repairs. She promised my car would be done in a week, and I was able to pick up my car as she promised.
