Shay was so much help. She kept me informed about the work being done. She worked with my Insurance to make sure everything was taken care of. After getting the go ahead from insurance company they started the repairs. She promised my car would be done in a week, and I was able to pick up my car as she promised. I would definitely recommend this location to others who need their car damage fixed. Thank you Caliber Collision for helping me.

So we're all pretty good, communication was great, staff was knowledgeable and courteous, quality of work seems to be pretty good so far. However, there is one issue I need addressed that was just noticed yesterday. The right passenger side door will not open from the outside. Opens easily and cleanly from the inside. Just not from the outside. I need to take the car back in
