The experience was very smooth and blew out my expectations. Angie was so amazing the whole way through and made me feel calm and valid about my experience. Shay explained everything to me during the walk around and informed me of next steps. I loved how Angie kept me in the loop the whole way through the process and ensured I was aware of any and all repairs to my car. They worked with my insurance and allowed this experience to be smooth and peaceful so I could focus on other things. Thank you so very much! Did a great job fixing my car. Only thing I wish would have been left alone if this scratch on my back bumper. You can tell someone tried to cover it and buff it out but now it looks like a blotch. Not a huge deal but the scratch was much smaller than the blotch

I have to say James was outstanding. I’m in the customer service business and I know what it looks like. James was great, when I dropped my car off James offered me a ride home not knowing if I lived in north Dallas are down the street. I was very satisfied with the customer service and the work done.
