My car was only 3 months old when I was hit and I mentioned when I dropped it off that the alignment was messed up from the accident so when I picked it up, I asked if the alignment was fixed and he said no and that he couldn't remember me saying that and then he checked the notes and saw that I did mention it at drop off, but then went on to say he couldn't approve it or something because I wasn't hit from the side? It drives off still and it's really frustrating that an accident that wasn't my fault I am going to have to spend the money to get it aligned now.

There is some glue(?) underneath one of my headlights in the openings that wasn't there before that looks a little crappy, but maybe it was necessary to hold things together?

Communication was great, work was pretty efficient, a greater attention to detail would have got a 10, there remained some defects in my bumper, plus a chip that didn’t exist prior to the work needed.
