They replaced a bumper and did a great job with color matching. They would have received a 10 for this. I gave them a 5 because they earned a 0 for not repairing my windshield washer reservoir/motor

-they notified me that my car was ready, and it was not - they had not fixed a part I told them about at the appraisal. As a result, I wasted an entire afternoon, dropping off a rental, figuring out they did not repair the car, then gettting another rental car while my car went back into the shop

While they did a great job repairing the back left panel and bumper and the paint job was perfect, the back left tail light was cracked through and hadn't been before I dropped it off.

When I mentioned about the tail light, they said that because there was a chip in it previously, it wasn't their fault, even though they also said that it could have cracked through when they took it out to do the other repairs.
