Communication is great, and respectful, even for an old woman(!!!!) and i got a discount because it took longer to fix the car due to parts delivery problems. The car also came back very clean.

I was amazed at how my car was perfectly restored to its original condition… if not better ! All of the people I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. They did a fabulous job and I’m thrilled to have my car back !!

FYI - This will be the 3rd Review I have completed so please don't send any more requests ! The entire team at Caliber Collision were extremely helpful and professional ! My car looks like it was never hit by a Deer, even though there was a lot of damage ! It looks like it is brand new and I am extremely grateful for the work they did on my car !! I would highly recommend them !

Everyone was very helpful, Mark was great The receptionist (didn’t get her name) was very friendly. I was updated daily on the progress. They worked with the insurance company to get me a ride to a rental car. My car looks great, if I ever need service I would go back.
