I really appreciated the text updates that Nick provided on a regular basis. And the fact that the car repairs were completed 2.5 weeks ahead of the original estimated date was fantastic. The only small thing that I would mention is that when I picked up the vehicle, it didn't really appear to have been fully cleaned up but that's a minor item in the grand scheme of things.
