The team keeps customers informed with daily status updates via email and phone calls to answer questions and allay any concerns about the repair. Very happy with repair & being informed. I told Erie that I was completely satisfied. But I have small wish that it had been better washed and cleaned, so I did not need hose, vacuum and rag before moving back in.
