Caliber completed the repair work on my vehicle faster than the estimated time quoted. Communication was always clear and informative. I worked with Nick and Betsy. Both were helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend the Neal Rd location. They also help coordinate with Enterprise for rental car pickup and drop-off to keep you moving.

Repair work was great, just wish timing could have been a little faster, but thats not on them and whonwants repairs to be rushed! Caliber is always a quality repair shop to work with. Communication is on point, the folks you work with know their stuff.

Could the automated system also call the customer when vehicle is ready for pick up? The system sent 2 messages on the day for pick up, and no messages any of the following days. Additional reminders would just be helpful. Caliber service personel were awesome.
