The lady at the desk was very helpful. Matt was extremely nice and helpful and stayed in touch with me during the process. I met Preston the day I picked up my car. He was very nice and friendly. He was very assuring that he was there if I had any problems or questions, I could call him. I was impressed with those people. I was hesitant in the beginning. The reputation was not good. My experience debunked that for me.
