Absolutely amazing staff and customer service. The communication an coordination efforts to make my repair seem less left me speechless I had anticipated multiple delays and obstacles and I encountered none of that. Every person I interfaced with was not only professional but personable taking time to make me feel valued. I will never consider another location should I require further assistance as the team in Easley SC were a diamond rated service I know many ask for a scale well there isn’t a scale when you have that type of treatment. I enjoyed every interaction with each team member and felt as though I was their top priority. Great job this shop deserves the diamond award for the way they conduct business 🏆

I know you utilize number rankings but truly this experience has me carrying your business cards and posting endless remarks on all my social media as it was truly not the customary experience most people encounter in collision repair. This particular shop is outstanding and deserves the recognition of maintaining such a welcoming and helpful experience during the holiday period and also just the level of teamwork among your staff each showed a deep personal desire to ensure my needs were met as best they could

A most outstanding experience! The staff were not only personable and professional but genuinely cared that my inconveniences were minimized the coordinating effort demonstrated by the team at the Easley office was superior to any I’ve experienced in the past. As with most who incur the troubles of repairs I had anticipated delay and excuses but can say at no poont was communication ever dropped I was kept informed up to the minute on the status and to my total shock my replies were done in such a timely manner it was perfect. Great team, great service and an outstanding experience I ensured that my insurance Carriwr was made very much aware of the quality and level of service as well as posted it on all my social media platforms. For any an all future needs Caliber Collisiom of Easley will be my most highly recommended service center. Thank you for a job well done!

Oh the staff were just delightful professional and caring. I felt as a priority from the moment I arrived and even more a valued customer when I took back my finished car. It was a much better experience than you would expect going to get your truck fixed after a wreck; But from the very beginning the young man that was my point of contact, I think his name i Josh but not sure He was very pleasant and very upfront which is refreshing these days he kept me informed all along the way and it was done much quicker than I was expecting and they did a wonderful job. The young man explained everything that had to be done to get my truck back to me in the excellent condition it is now. Very happy with the outcome. I appreciate the way that I was treated and respected by Josh he was very professional
