Never. I'd advise people to stay away from Caliber due to the door handle issue. Very dissatisfied on how that was dismissed as my fault...

Well, I think the repairs were great and look great, however upon picking up my vehicle the driver door would no longer open. So I asked the tech Matt to come help me and he pulled on it and went inside the car to open it from the inside. When he got it to open from the inside the outside door handle fell off and broke and they refused to repair it for me and I was told it was normal wear and tear and told me their wasn't anything they could do! I WONT be doing business with you all in the future and will make sure everyone I know is aware of how you do business!
